Shipping policy
We’re so excited to get your order to you! Here’s how shipping works:
We currently ship orders to Cyprus and Greece using BOX NOW smart lockers.
Shipping Method
At checkout, you will be able to select your preferred BOX NOW smart locker location.
Once your order has been delivered to the locker, you will receive:
- an SMS or email notification
- a personal PIN code to open the locker.
BOX NOW lockers are available 24/7, allowing you to collect your order at any time that suits you.
Parcel Collection
Your parcel will remain in the locker for 48 hours. If needed, you may extend this period by an additional 24 hours through the BOX NOW website.
If the parcel is not collected within this time, it will be returned to us.
Order Processing
As soon as you place your order, we start preparing it behind the scenes.
Please allow 1 business day for order processing. During this time, we:
- confirm your order
- carefully prepare your items
- get everything ready for shipment
You’ll receive a confirmation email when we receive your order, and another email as soon as your order has been shipped with tracking details.
Shipping within Cyprus
- Delivery time: 1–2 business days
- Shipping cost: FREE
Shipping to Greece
- Delivery time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping cost: €5
- Free shipping for orders over €150
Returns Shipping Costs
If you need to return an item:
- Cyprus returns shipping: €2
- Greece returns shipping: €7.50
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods, holidays, or due to courier delays — but we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
